Description: An ARDS is a variation of an Overload created by Patrick Wongwut. The trick consists of a Dk roll style flip for the first twist and the an ARS for the second flip.
How To Perform: For this trick you want to be able to completely make an overload around. Then the only think that I can say about this trick is to look over your shoulder during the second flip. An example video can be found in this Instagram reel.
